The Custom Fields extension for WP-CRM System lets you add an unlimited number of custom fields to your WP-CRM System.

Do you want to enter in additional contact information for your customers? Add their Twitter handle, Skype username, birthday, anniversary, or anything else you can imagine.

Add milestones for projects, track the source of your opportunities, and much more. The possibilities are really limitless!

You can add the following types of fields to your WP-CRM System records:

  • Textbox
  • Textarea
  • WYSIWYG Text Editor
  • Checkboxes
  • Multiselect field
  • File Uploader
  • Email
  • URL
  • Number
  • Datepicker
  • Select/Dropdown menu - define your own options!
  • Repeatable textbox
  • Repeatable textarea
  • Repeatable datepicker
  • Repeatable file uploader

Repeatable fields listed above allow for multiple fields of the same type. This can be extremely useful when you want to keep a running list of information - for example, a call log, or customer feedback. Simply click Add New field from within the record, and you'll instantly have another field to enter information in.

Custom fields are also able to be imported while using the built in Import feature, Zapier Connect, Ninja Forms Connect, or Gravity Forms Connect.

Requirements:

  • Self-hosted WordPress website (version 3.3 or higher). Will not work on WordPress.com sites.
  • WP-CRM System plugin installed and activated (strongly recommended to update to the latest version).

At the moment, data for custom fields is not hooked into any other extension plugin besides the import plugins. Adding this feature is on the roadmap for these plugins.
