Using the Zendesk Connect extension, you can view tickets created by each of your contacts. You can have an up-to-date record of available tickets from each contact so you can see what issues they may have had in the past, or find ways you can help improve your product or service for them in the future.
If a customer’s ticket includes information that would be useful in a WP-CRM System Task, Project, or Opportunity, you can easily create a new record with just one click. Your contact’s ticket will automatically become a record that you can then assign to one of your team members, set due dates, and stay on task.
- Self-hosted WordPress website (version 3.3 or higher). Will not work on WordPress.com sites.
- WP-CRM System plugin installed and activated (strongly recommended to update to the latest version).
- A Zendesk account on one of the following plans or their legacy equivalent:
- A Zendesk App Key, which can be created by one of your Zendesk administrators by visiting Admin -> Channels -> API
