This extension allows you to create new records in WP-CRM System every time a site visitor fills out one of your Ninja Forms.

These visitors may be potential customers whose valuable contact information should not be lost in an email. Use this extension to automatically grab the visitor's information and add it to WP-CRM System the second they hit Submit on your form.

This extension works by matching fields in your Ninja Forms contact form with a record's fields in WP-CRM System so that only the information you need gets imported. If a record already exists in WP-CRM System it won't be created again so you don't have to worry about getting duplicate entries.

Requirements:

  • Self-hosted WordPress website (version 3.3 or higher). Will not work on WordPress.com sites.
  • WP-CRM System plugin installed and activated (strongly recommended to update to the latest version).
  • Ninja Forms plugin installed and activated.

Ninja Forms can be downloaded for free from the WordPress plugin directory. It is not included with this plugin.

This plugin comes in two versions. Use version 2.0.5 of this plugin to be compatible with Ninja Forms version 2.9.x. Use version 3.0.0 or above of this plugin to be compatible with Ninja Forms version 3.0 and above.

Note: Version 3.0.0 and up of this plugin works with Contacts, Organizations, Projects, Tasks, Opportunities, and Campaigns. This includes all default fields, categories, and an integration with our Custom Fields add-on. Earlier versions only work with default Contact fields.
