Welcome to the WP-CRM System website (the “Site”, “WP-CRM System”, “we”, “us”, and/or “our”). This Site has been created to provide information about our company and the digital products that we sell to our visitors (“you”, “your”). This Privacy Policy sets forth our policy with respect to information including personally identifiable data (“Personal Data”) and other information that is collected from visitors to the Site.

We are a Data Controller under the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”).

Third-Party Payment Processors

We use third party payment processors, Stripe and PayPal, for all payments. WP-CRM System does not store credit card details and instead relies on Stripe or PayPal for this.

We use third party payment processors to process payments made to us. In connection with the processing of such payments, we do not retain any personally identifiable financial information such as credit card numbers. Rather, all such information is provided directly to our third-party processors, Stripe or PayPal (the “Payment Processors”). Any information that is transmitted to the Payment Processors is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL).

Information We Collect

We ask for certain information like your name, email address, and account credentials to log into your account on this Site. We use this information to let you access the products you have purchased and receive support for those products. When making a purchase on this Site, we may ask for certain additional information like your billing address and your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address. This information is used to assist in the prevention of fraudulent purchases.

  • We will store your Personal Data as long as it is necessary for the purpose.
    Whenever we collect Personal Data, we make an effort to provide a link to this Privacy Policy. You can choose at any time to opt out by contacting support at contact@wp-crm.com. You can also contact us to opt out of your information being used for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected.
    By voluntarily providing us with Personal Data, you are consenting to our use of it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you provide Personal Data to us, you acknowledge and agree that such Personal Data may be transferred from your current location to our servers, which are hosted by authorized third parties located in the United States. To the extent that we transfer and store your Personal Data to a third country outside the EEA that does not provide an adequate level of protection, we will implement appropriate safeguards to protect such Personal Data.

Depending on whether you want to use the License Key we provide you with (after you purchase a software product from us), we will record certain pieces of information such as your site url, IP address, WordPress version, the date and time you activated your licence and data about your operating system.

License Keys: When you purchase a software product, you are given a license key, which consists of a random string of letters and numbers. We provide you with a license key in order to provide you with automatic updates of the software on your site. It is up to you whether you want to use the license key or not. The software will work as advertised without a license key activation, but you will need to manually install any updates. When you register the software with your license key, we record a few pieces of information:

  • Site URL: this is the website that the license key was registered on. Your license key may have one or more registered URLs depending on the type of license you have.
  • IP Address: The IP Address of the computer used to register the license key.
  • WordPress version: The version of WordPress that the site used to register the license key uses.
  • Date/Time: The date and time that the license was activated.
  • Computer data: Basic anonymous data about your computer’s operating system and web browser.

Aggregated Personal Data: In an ongoing effort to better understand and serve the users of the Site, we often conduct research on our customer's demographics, interests, and behavior based on the Personal Data and other information provided to us. This research may be compiled and analyzed on an aggregate basis, and we may share this aggregate data with our agents and business partners. This aggregated information does not identify you personally. We may also disclose aggregated user statistics in order to describe our product to current and prospective business partners and to other third parties for other lawful purposes. We will keep any information that you provide to us until such time as you delete your account with the WP-CRM System Site.

Remarketing Codes: We use remarketing codes to log when users view specific pages or take specific actions on a website. This will allows us to provide targeted advertising in the future. If you do not wish to receive this type of advertising from us in the future you can opt out:

Use Of Your Personal Data And Other Information

We won’t sell or rent your personal information to a third party. We use your personal information for completing a purchase and providing you with ongoing support. We will associate certain personal information, including but not limited to your name, email address, and a license key, to make sure that you are a customer before providing support. If we intend to use your personal data in a way we have not mentioned, we will let you know when we collect that information.
We do aggregate user data anonymously to better understand our customers.

We will not sell or rent to any third party any of the personal information or data that you provide to us. We use the Personal Data you provide in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy. If you provide Personal Data for a certain reason, we may use the Personal Data in connection with the reason for which it was provided. For instance, if you contact us by email, we will use the Personal Data you provide to answer your question or resolve your problem. Also, if you provide Personal Data in order to purchase our products, we will use your Personal Data to provide you with access to such products and to monitor your use of such products.
We may also use your Personal Data and other personally non-identifiable information collected through the Site to help us improve the content and functionality of the Site, to better understand our customers and to improve the Site. We don't sell your personal data. If we work with partners or contractors, they may have limited access to your personal data but only to the extent required to do their job.

From time to time, we will also hire third party consultants to perform specific tasks, such as customer support, in which case the consultant will have access to some Personal Data that will be required to perform their specific function.
  • Legal Requirements: WP-CRM System may disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary:
  • to comply with a legal obligation;
  • to protect and defend our rights or property;
  • in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Site or the public, or protect against legal liability.
    • We restrict access to Personal Data and share it only on a need-to-know basis and after imposing strict contractual confidentiality obligations.

Exclusions

This privacy policy only applies to private information we collect. If you post information in a public forum, such as comments on a blog post, a review of a product, or a ticket on a support forum, this public information can be shared and reproduced.

WP-CRM System operates best for you when the Personal Data we have on file is current.
