Using Reports

WP-CRM System Reports serve as a way for you to quickly find data that matters to you the most. For example, are there any projects going on right now for a specific customer?

What about any overdue projects? Surely you would want to keep tabs on those. All of the reports can be found by visiting WP CRM > Reports in your WordPress dashboard.

There is an overview tab, which gives some high-level information, but you can get into the more detailed reports by clicking on one of the other tabs at the top.

Each report type has a tab (project, task, opportunity, organization, and contact), and each has a few reports with relevant information. Reports that are time-sensitive (i.e. upcoming tasks, or overdue projects) will include the due dates and a link to the record.
